Tyndale University

Still in my first year with a lot to learn, but I feel at home enough to give such a high rating to this school and the growth it facilitates. I am nourished by the community and insight of experienced, well educated professors. Asking questions is always encouraged and all types of learning struggles are assisted. This is a school that cares about the WHOLE person, not just your grade point average. An astounding example of the practicality of Christ's church. An amazing option in Christian higher education.

An excellent Institution of higher learning, impacting great Christian virtues. I enjoyed going to chapel every Tuesday morning.

I heard many great reviews about this particular University, however my career experience, unfortunately was not the same. This being said, most departments are great, I am particularly talking about Administration and Human Resources. If you are looking to pursue your studies, great place! Many professional instructors! However, if you are considering an employee experience, I would recommend volunteering first to see if this place is for you.

(BA Program 5 STARS)As someone who has been attending Tyndale for almost 8 years, I would like to say that my experience has been perfect in every way. Although this is true for my time in the BA program, my adventures, during the MDiv program, have been less than adequate. In the BA program, I witnessed constant professionalism with the Professors, their outlines, as well as how helpful each staff member had been with any issues that occurred. It was a truly positive a uplifting as well as an educational time and I wouldn't change it for the world.(Seminary MDiv Program 2 STARS)That being said, the Seminary standard for professionalism has been rather deplorable. More than 60% of my Professors do not have adequate explanations for their assignments, due dates, or percentages for many of their projects. (IE: many assignments had minimal explanation, many had no due dates, some had no percentage worth, and many did not have a marking rubric available). Some of my courses even had improper course timings displayed on their syllabus. Even though the syllabus would say it was in the evening, the course was switched to mornings after courses selections were already made. Furthermore, some of my professors had us do assignments based on material that had not yet be taught in the classroom. One even admitted that he couldn't teach everything we needed due to time restraints"

We have a daughter attending Tyndale, we are so happy with the education she is getting from the school. She is growing in Christ and God is developing an amazing young lady. We appreciate Tyndale the strong leadership that encourages their students to Grow and seek His direction and plans.

Very quiet, lots of empty seats especially at the dining area, cafe, and in and out of the Library. Kindest librarians. Guests are able to access therein anytime and enjoy free wifi too.

I did my B.A. here and really enjoyed the experience. The teachers were incredible people who put their whole heart into the well being of their students.I cannot speak to the new building, I did my degree when it was on Ballyconnor Court.

This is an excellent atmosphere and environment with some of the best teaching and helps one to maintain their faith well and grow in their relationship with God and His son, Jesus. Although some of the course work is more secular in nature there are many many faith based courses that will grow your heart not just your head which we need in so many occupations today and that is lacking in today’s world. The tuition however is kind of pricy comparatively. Chapel services are amazing!! Love the chapel. The worship and singing is just unreal and heavenly. Will greatly grow your experience and relationship with God. A standards. Quite happy with my experience so far and lots of ways to find funding in scholarships, grants, bursaries, and awards. A higher standard university that will greatly shape a person spiritually, physically, academically, and wholistic. :0)

Great place to do your undergraduate studies. Chapel service is amazing and there is a lot of faith based events to participate. If you are looking to pursue a career, I would want to re-think twice. Especially if you are looking at salary/benefits, may want to reconsider your options.
